If you have gotten to this page, I will assume that you have some level of interest in spiritual and personal growth.

What is an Enlightenment Intensive?
An Enlightenment Intensive is a three-day fully residential retreat designed to maximize the probability of an enlightenment experience.

The Intensive provides the safety, boundaries, nourishment and support to enter into a contemplative investigation of self, promoting true intimacy with yourself and others and quite possibly a direct experience of Truth – an enlightenment experience.

Each participant selects and focuses on one of four fundamental questions during the retreat.

Who Am I?
What Am I?
What Is Another?
What Is Life?

The goal is not to answer these questions intellectually, but to experience the Truth of them directly.

What is Enlightenment?
Enlightenment is the direct experience of Truth.

Direct experience is beyond all the indirect methods we commonly depend upon for knowing: sensing, thinking, believing, deciding, reasoning or feeling. Truth is that which actually exists apart from how we sense, perceive, think or feel about it. When the fundamental Truth of self, life or another is experienced directly, it occurs in a timeless way, always in the present moment beyond any doubt. This always changes one’s state of being into a more enlightened or awakened state of consciousness.

My Experience with Enlightenment Intensive
My first participation in an Enlightenment Intensive was in 1992. At that time I was frustrated to say the least. I had been meditating for years, involved in holistic health, yoga, had learned how to "create with my mind", process emotions and yet, I was still unfulfilled (sound familiar?). There was a hole inside me I could not seem to fill, an empty void -- and then I did an Enlightenment Intensive that just rocked me.

What I experienced was so much more than reading, studying, figuring, analyzing or even intuiting or perceiving...It went WAY beyond my mind (while we may "get" that we are not our minds, ha! It still thinks it's who you/we are!) -- and it really is way beyond what words can describe!! Over the years, it has changed my life and my experience of life.

In the 90s after participating in a few more Intensives and volunteering as a staff member I felt I would eventually be trained to offer these Intensives. I've completed my training and it's been quite a journey to now surrender to my heart’s calling.

It's time, the perfect time for me to step up (I feel like I could not stop it if I tried!).

Let me leave you on this note. You all play many roles in your life -- mother, father, daughter, son, parent, worker, teacher, brother, sister, wife, husband, friend, etc. During this weekend, you will be taken care of by me and my trained staff (well fed, exercised, worked, rested) and distractions will be removed so that you can spend 72 hours just contemplating the Truth of who you are.
