The year has just flown by, hasn’t it? Lots of changes, ups and downs, and uncertainty. For many of you, more than one area of your lives has been affected.

I started the "Dynamic Communication" electronic newsletter in early 2008 and want to thank you all for your willingness to receive it in spite of all the emails you most likely receive. And for those of you who have given me feedback, insights or questions as a result of reading this newsletter, know that I appreciate your wisdom, curiosity, insight and, most of all, I thank you for taking the time to share it with me.

As 2008 comes to a close this holiday season, my wish for you in 2009 is:
